I designed, wrote, and art-directed Garden of Air as a resource for anyone and everyone who wants to learn about box breath (a method of breathing that can help calm your mind and body). Born out of my own experiences with anxiety and mental health, I’ve learned first-hand how important breath can be to centering yourself and calming your nervous system. I wanted to create a simplified experience that could be accessible to anyone who may be curious or in need of a helping hand.
